Possible Causes
Stuck pressure switch contacts, Blocked pressure hose causing false high level, Faulty main control board misreading level, Inlet valve stuck open mechanically
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug the appliance and shut off water supply immediately to prevent flooding.
- 1. Drain excess water: Use the drain pump filter or emergency drain hose to remove water from the drum.
- 2. Inspect pressure hose and switch: Clear any blockages in the hose and ensure it is securely attached. Replace the pressure switch if it appears stuck or contaminated.
- 3. Check inlet valve: With power off and water on, see if water continues to flow into the drum. If so, the inlet valve is stuck open and must be replaced.
Do not operate the machine until the overfill cause is corrected, as it can cause serious water damage.
