Washer-dryer combo door is stuck locked with no error code after a power outage or interruption.

Safety: Do not force the door open with tools.

• 1. Wait and power cycle: Allow 5–10 minutes for any internal locks to cool. Then unplug for 2 minutes and plug back in. Try to start and then cancel a short cycle to trigger unlock.
• 2. Manual release: Access the manual door lock release (if provided) near the lock behind the front panel or boot.

If the door remains locked, the door lock assembly may be faulty and should be replaced.
