How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug the unit and shut off water. Tip the machine only with assistance to avoid injury.
- 1. Access underside: Remove the rear or lower front panel to view the pump and hoses.
- 2. Run a short cycle: With panels off, briefly run a fill and drain while watching for drips from hoses and the pump body.
- 3. Tighten or replace: Tighten any loose clamps. Replace hoses that show cracks or bulges. If water seeps from the pump body or shaft, replace the drain pump assembly.
After repair, run a full cycle while monitoring for leaks before pushing the unit back into place.
