Washer-dryer combo vibrates excessively or "walks" across the floor during spin; no error code.

Safety: Stop the cycle if the machine is moving across the floor to prevent hose damage.

• 1. Check shipping bolts: For recently installed units, verify that all rear shipping bolts and spacers have been removed according to the Electrolux installation guide.
• 2. Level the machine: Use a spirit level on top of the unit. Adjust the front and rear feet until the washer-dryer is stable and does not rock.
• 3. Adjust load: Avoid washing a single heavy item (like a bath mat). Mix large and small items to balance the drum.
