How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Disconnect power before removing the control panel or top cover.

  • Access control panel: Remove the screws securing the front control panel and gently pull it forward to access the display board and wiring.
  • Reseat connectors: Disconnect and reconnect the ribbon cable or harness between the user interface and main board several times to clean contacts.
