Possible Causes
Partially closed water supply valves, Clogged inlet screens on Equator water valve, Long or restrictive inlet hoses, Failing water inlet valve coil
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off water and unplug the unit before disconnecting hoses.
- Verify water pressure: Open nearby faucets to confirm strong flow. If household pressure is low, contact your water supplier.
- Check valves: Ensure both hot and cold faucets are fully open.
- Clean inlet screens: Disconnect hoses from the back of the washer-dryer and clean the small screens inside the inlet valve ports.
- Inspect hoses: Replace old, kinked, or flood-safe hoses that may be restricting flow.
If E17 persists with good pressure and clean screens, the inlet valve assembly may be weak and should be replaced.
