How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Do not force the door open with tools; this can break the glass or lock.

Wait a few minutes: Some models delay unlocking for 1–3 minutes after cycle end.
Check for water: If water is still visible in the drum, run a drain/spin cycle. The door will not unlock with water present.
Power reset: Unplug the unit for 5 minutes, then plug back in and try to open the door.
Manual release: Use the manual door release (if provided) behind the lower front panel or gasket.

If the door remains stuck, the lock assembly may need replacement.
