Washer-dryer combo vibrates excessively and walks across the floor during spin.

• Level the unit: Adjust all four leveling feet until the washer-dryer is stable and does not rock.
• Check shipping hardware: Ensure all shipping bolts and transit brackets have been removed from the rear and base.
• Use anti-vibration pads: Place rubber pads under the feet if the floor is slippery or uneven.

If vibration continues despite proper leveling and installation, the internal suspension may be worn and require replacement.
