Washer-dryer combo will not power on at all; no lights or display response.

Safety first: Before opening the unit, ensure it is unplugged and the breaker is off if you will access internal wiring.

• Check outlet and breaker: Test the wall outlet with another appliance. Reset any tripped breaker or replace a blown fuse in the home panel.
• Inspect power cord: Look for cuts, burns, or crushed sections on the Equator power cord. Replace if damaged.
• Test power switch (if equipped): Ensure any on/off switch on the control panel is in the ON position.
• Internal checks (advanced): Remove the top panel and locate the line filter / noise filter board where the power cord enters. Verify incoming voltage with a multimeter (qualified persons only). If voltage enters but does not exit the filter, replace the filter board.

If power reaches the main control board but the display remains dead, the main PCB is likely faulty and should be replaced by a technician.
