• Step 3 – Check retaining band: Ensure the outer metal or plastic band holding the seal to the front panel is in place and tight. Refit if it has come loose.
• Step 4 – Replace gasket if damaged: Remove the outer and inner retaining bands, pull off the old seal, and fit a new Essentials-compatible door gasket, aligning the drain holes at the bottom. Refit bands securely.
• Step 5 – Control suds: Use the correct detergent and dose to avoid foam spilling over the seal.
