How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the appliance before attempting to remove foreign objects.
- Step 1 – Inspect drum paddles: Look inside the drum for loose or broken plastic lifters. Remove and replace damaged lifters as needed.
- Step 2 – Check door seal gap: Shine a torch through the holes in the drum and around the seal area to look for trapped objects.
- Step 3 – Access via heater: Remove the rear panel and carefully take out the tub heating element. Through the opening, feel for and remove any foreign objects between drum and tub.
