Washer-dryer does not fill with water or fills very slowly; E02 appears on the display.

Safety first: Unplug the appliance and close the water taps before working on the water system.

• Step 1 – Check water supply: Ensure both hot and cold taps (if applicable) feeding the Fagor combo are fully open. Verify water pressure by briefly disconnecting the hose and running it into a bucket.
• Step 2 – Clean inlet filters: Turn off taps, disconnect the inlet hoses from the rear of the machine, and remove the small mesh filters inside the valve inlets. Rinse under running water and remove any limescale or debris. Refit filters and hoses securely.
• Step 3 – Inspect inlet hoses: Check for kinks, crushing, or internal blockage. Replace damaged hoses.
• Step 4 – Test inlet valve: With power disconnected, access the top or rear panel to reach the Fagor water inlet valve assembly. Check the coil resistances with a multimeter (compare to service specs; typically 2–4 kΩ). If a coil is open or shorted, replace the valve assembly.
• Step 5 – Check pressure switch and hose: Locate the water level pressure switch (usually near the top) and its thin air hose leading to the tub. Ensure the hose is not split, kinked, or blocked with soap residue. Clean or replace as needed. If the switch does not click when gently blowing into the hose (with power off), or tests faulty with a meter, replace it.
