How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the appliance and close water taps.
- Step 1 – Clean condenser and channels: Remove the condenser (if user-removable) and flush thoroughly. For fixed condensers, access internal channels and rinse or brush out scale and lint.
- Step 2 – Inspect water spray nozzle: Locate the small nozzle that sprays water over the condenser. Remove and clean it to clear limescale or debris.
- Step 3 – Check condenser water valve: Identify the dedicated Fagor condenser water inlet valve (if fitted). Test coil resistance and replace if open or not actuating.
- Step 4 – Hoses: Check internal hoses for kinks or blockages and replace if necessary.
