Possible Causes
Transit bolts not removed, Worn shock absorbers, Weak or broken suspension springs, Uneven floor or incorrect leveling feet adjustment
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the appliance before tilting or moving it.
- Step 1 – Check transit bolts: For recently installed Fagor combos, ensure all shipping bolts at the rear have been removed according to the installation manual.
- Step 2 – Level the machine: Use a spirit level on top of the appliance. Adjust the front and rear feet until the unit is stable and level in all directions.
- Step 3 – Inspect suspension: Access the underside or sides to inspect shock absorbers and springs. Replace any that are leaking, bent, or detached.
- Step 4 – Load distribution: Advise users to avoid very small or very heavy single-item loads, which can cause imbalance.
