Washer-dryer combo leaks water from the front during wash or rinse, but no error code is displayed.

Safety first: Unplug the appliance and turn off water supply before inspecting for leaks.

• Inspect door gasket: Open the door and carefully examine the entire circumference of the rubber seal. Look for tears, holes, or areas where the seal has pulled away from the drum or front panel.
• Remove debris: Check the folds of the gasket for coins, bra wires, or other sharp objects that may have punctured the seal. Remove any debris.
• Check clamps: Gently pull the gasket to see if the inner or outer retaining clamp has come loose. If so, refit and tighten the clamp.
• Reduce detergent: If you see excessive foam, switch to HE detergent and use the recommended dose for Fisher & Paykel combos.
• Replace gasket if damaged: Remove the outer clamp, peel the gasket off the front panel, then remove the inner clamp from the drum. Fit the new Fisher & Paykel door gasket, ensuring the drain holes are at the bottom, and reinstall both clamps securely.
