Safety first: If the machine is violently shaking, press power to stop the cycle and wait for the drum to stop before opening the door.

Redistribute load: Remove heavy items and redistribute remaining laundry evenly around the drum. Avoid mixing heavy items (towels, blankets) with light items.
Level the machine: Adjust the front leveling feet so the washer-dryer is stable and does not rock. Use a spirit level for accuracy.
Inspect suspension: Unplug the unit, remove the top and rear panels, and inspect the Fisher & Paykel shock absorbers and springs. Look for oil leakage, broken mounts, or detached springs.
Replace worn shocks: If shocks are weak or leaking, replace them in pairs to maintain balanced support.
