Washer-dryer combo vibrates excessively and walks across the floor during spin.

Safety first: Stop the cycle if the machine is moving significantly to prevent hose damage.

• Check shipping bolts: Ensure all transit bolts at the rear of the machine were removed during installation. If any remain, remove them and fit the supplied plastic caps.
• Level the unit: Adjust the leveling feet so the washer-dryer is stable. Tighten lock nuts to prevent movement.
• Stabilize floor: Place the unit on a more rigid surface or use anti-vibration pads if the floor is very flexible.
• Inspect suspension: If vibration persists, inspect Fisher & Paykel shock absorbers and springs for wear and replace as needed.
