Possible Causes
Clogged inlet screens at water valve, Failed Frigidaire water inlet valve assembly, Low household water pressure or closed supply valve, Faulty water level pressure switch or pressure hose kink
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the combo unit and turn off both hot and cold water supply valves before working on it.
- Check water supply: Verify both wall valves are fully open and that household water pressure is normal. Try running a nearby sink to confirm good flow.
- Inspect inlet hoses and screens: Pull the unit forward, shut off water, and disconnect the hot and cold hoses from the rear of the Frigidaire combo. Look inside the valve ports for small metal or plastic screens. Clean any sediment with a soft brush and rinse thoroughly.
- Check hoses for kinks: Make sure the inlet hoses are not sharply bent or pinched when the unit is pushed back into place.
- Test fill: Reconnect hoses, turn water back on, plug in the unit, and run a quick wash. If fill is still slow or E11 returns, the water inlet valve solenoids may be weak or stuck.
- Replace water inlet valve: Remove the top panel (usually rear screws, then slide back and lift). Locate the Frigidaire water inlet valve where the hoses connect. Label and disconnect wiring, remove mounting screws, and swap in the new valve. Reassemble and test.
If you are not comfortable working with plumbing and electrical connections, contact a qualified technician.
