Washer-dryer combo detects stuck key on control panel; buttons may not respond correctly.

Safety first: Unplug the unit before removing the console.

• Power reset: Disconnect power for 5 minutes to allow the control to reset. Restore power and test buttons.
• Inspect for moisture: If the console has been exposed to steam or spills, allow it to dry completely. Use a dry cloth to wipe the surface.
• Check ribbon cable: Remove the control console and ensure the ribbon cable between the UI and main board is fully seated.
• Identify stuck key: Press each button individually and feel for one that does not click or returns slowly. If found, the UI board or overlay must be replaced.
• Replace user interface: Install a new Frigidaire control panel or UI board if E68 persists.
