Washer-dryer combo displays E07 and may not spin or may stop with an unbalanced load.

• Check leveling: Ensure the combo is level front-to-back and side-to-side. Adjust the leveling feet and lock them in place.
• Inspect suspension: Access the tub supports from the top or rear. Look for leaking or weak GE suspension rods/dampers. Replace as a set if worn.
• Repeated errors: If E07 occurs frequently even with balanced loads, further diagnosis of sensors and control logic by a technician is recommended.
