Possible Causes
Clogged dispenser nozzles, Build-up of detergent and softener residue, Low water pressure to dispenser, Misaligned detergent drawer
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the appliance before removing the detergent drawer for cleaning.
- Remove drawer: Pull the detergent drawer out fully and press the release tab to remove it.
- Clean thoroughly: Rinse the drawer under warm water, scrubbing away detergent and softener build-up. Use a small brush to clean the compartments.
- Clean housing nozzles: Look inside the dispenser housing and clean the water inlet holes and channels with a brush or toothpick.
- Check water pressure: Ensure household water pressure is adequate; low pressure can prevent proper flushing of the drawer.
- Reinstall correctly: Slide the drawer back in fully and ensure it moves smoothly.
