- Check wiring: Verify the motor connector is fully seated and that there are no burned or broken wires.
- Advanced electrical tests: Use a multimeter to measure motor winding resistance and check for shorts to ground. If the motor is defective, replace it with a Gorenje-compatible drive motor.
If the motor tests good, the main control board's motor drive circuit may be faulty and should be serviced by a professional.
