Washer-dryer stops mid-cycle and the door remains locked, but no error code is displayed.

Safety first: Do not force the door open. Water may still be inside the drum.

• Check for water in drum: If water is visible, run a drain or spin program. If the machine will not respond, unplug it and wait a few minutes.
• Power reset: Unplug the appliance for 10–15 minutes, then reconnect and select a drain program.
• Use emergency release (if available): Access the emergency door release near the pump filter to open the door once you are sure the drum is empty of water.
• Monitor for recurrence: If the issue repeats, the door lock or control board may need replacement.
