How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the appliance before attempting to remove foreign objects.
- Step 1 – Inspect drum holes: Rotate the drum slowly and look through the perforations for visible objects. Use a torch.
- Step 2 – Check heater opening: Remove the rear panel and, if necessary, the tub heater. Carefully feel inside the tub bottom for trapped items and remove them.
- Step 3 – Check pump filter: Objects may also reach the pump; clean the pump filter.
Avoid using sharp tools that could damage the stainless drum or tub.
