Washer-dryer overfills or shows E04 shortly after starting; may attempt to drain continuously.

Safety first: Disconnect power and close water supply taps immediately if overfilling occurs.

• Step 1 – Inspect pressure hose: Remove the top cover. Locate the pressure sensor (small round device with electrical connector and thin rubber hose). Remove the hose and check for soap residue or debris. Blow gently through the hose to clear blockages and ensure it is not split or kinked.
• Step 2 – Check pressure sensor: Reattach the hose securely. With power disconnected, inspect the sensor connector and wiring harness for corrosion or loose pins. If you have a multimeter and service data, verify sensor output changes when you gently blow into the hose.
• Step 3 – Examine inlet valve: With water taps closed and power disconnected, remove the inlet hoses and check that the valve is not mechanically stuck open. If water continues to flow into the machine when it is unplugged and taps are open, the inlet valve is stuck and must be replaced.
• Step 4 – Test operation: Reassemble, restore water and power, and run a short cycle. Monitor the fill level. If the machine still overfills or E04 returns, replace the pressure sensor.

Persistent overflow faults after replacing the sensor and valve may indicate a defective main control PCB and should be handled by a Gram-authorized technician.
