How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Verify the wall outlet with another device before opening the appliance. Unplug before internal checks.

  • Step 1 – Check external supply: Confirm the circuit breaker is not tripped and the socket is live.
  • Step 2 – Inspect mains cable: Look for cuts or damage along the cable. Replace if compromised.
  • Step 3 – Access mains filter and switch: Remove the rear/top panel to locate the mains interference filter and on/off switch. Check for burnt components or loose connectors.
  • Step 4 – Internal fuse: Some Gram models have a fuse on the mains filter or PCB. If blown, investigate cause (e.g. shorted heater) before replacing with the same rating.

If there is still no power after these checks, the main control PCB may be defective and should be tested by a technician.
