• Test the inlet valve operation: Restore power and water, start a quick wash, and listen for the valve clicking and water entering. If you hear humming but no water flows (and filters and supply are good), the inlet valve assembly is likely faulty and should be replaced.
• Inspect water level sensor hose: With power unplugged, remove the top cover, locate the small pressure hose from the tub to the water level sensor. Ensure it is not cracked, blocked, or disconnected. Clear any blockage and reseat firmly.
• When to call a technician: If E1 persists after cleaning filters and confirming water supply, the inlet valve or pressure sensor may need replacement and wiring checks with a multimeter.
