Washer-dryer combo shows E11 and may not start or may stop unexpectedly.

Safety first: Do not bypass safety interlocks. Unplug the unit before adjusting hinges or lock components.

• Ensure proper closure: Remove any obstructions around the door gasket. Close the door firmly until it latches.
• Check hinge alignment: Inspect the door hinge for sagging or looseness. Tighten hinge screws on the cabinet and door. If the door sags, the strike may not align with the lock.
• Inspect door lock wiring: Access the door lock as described for E6 and verify the connector is fully seated and wires are intact.
• Test door lock switch: With a multimeter, test continuity of the lock switch when the door is closed and locked. Replace the door lock assembly if the switch is intermittent or open.
• Call a technician: If E11 persists with a new lock and proper alignment, the main PCB input circuit may be faulty.
