Possible Causes
Stuck-open water inlet valve, Blocked or detached pressure hose, Faulty water level sensor, Main PCB misreading level
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the appliance immediately if it is overfilling. Turn off water supply valves to prevent flooding.
- Shut off water supply: Close both hot and cold faucets feeding the machine.
- Drain excess water: Use the emergency drain (pump filter area) or run a drain-only cycle once power is restored and water is off.
- Inspect inlet valves: With the rear panel accessible, disconnect power and check the inlet valve assembly. If water continues to flow into the tub with the machine unplugged and water supply on, the valve is mechanically stuck open and must be replaced.
- Check pressure hose and sensor: As with E7, inspect the pressure hose for blockages or disconnections and verify the sensor is properly connected.
- Call a technician: If valves and sensor are good, the PCB may be misinterpreting level signals and should be professionally evaluated.
