Safety first: Unplug the unit before removing the dispenser drawer.

• Clean drawer and housing: Remove the drawer, disassemble inserts, and clean all parts under warm water. Use a brush to clear buildup in the housing channels.
• Check dispenser hose: Access the hose from the dispenser to the tub and ensure it is not kinked or blocked.
• Adjust detergent use: Use HE detergent and do not exceed the max fill lines. Avoid thick, undiluted softeners that can clog jets.
• Reduce inlet pressure: If household pressure is very high, partially close the supply valves or have a plumber install a pressure regulator.
