Possible Causes

Persistent unbalanced load, Weak Hisense motor, Faulty tachometer sensor, Worn suspension causing excessive vibration

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Wait for the drum to stop completely before opening the door.

  • Redistribute load: Open the door, separate heavy items, and remove some laundry if the drum is very full. Run an additional spin cycle.
  • Level the machine: Ensure the Hisense combo is level and stable. Adjust feet and tighten lock nuts.
  • Inspect suspension: If the machine shakes violently, inspect the suspension dampers and springs for wear and replace as needed.
  • Motor/tachometer: If E25 persists with balanced loads, the motor or tachometer may be faulty and should be tested as described for E8.
