How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Wait for the drum to stop completely before opening the door.
- Redistribute load: Open the door, separate heavy items, and remove some laundry if the drum is very full. Run an additional spin cycle.
- Level the machine: Ensure the Hisense combo is level and stable. Adjust feet and tighten lock nuts.
- Inspect suspension: If the machine shakes violently, inspect the suspension dampers and springs for wear and replace as needed.
