Washer-dryer combo will not power on at all, no lights or display

Safety first: Do not open live electrical panels. Unplug the unit before internal inspection.

• Check outlet: Plug a lamp or other device into the same outlet to confirm power is present. Reset any tripped breakers or replace blown fuses in the home panel.
• Inspect power cord: Examine the Hisense power cord for cuts, burns, or kinks. If damaged, replace the entire cord set.
• Test power switch: Ensure the power button is being pressed firmly and not stuck. Some models have a child lock that can disable controls; consult the user manual to clear it.
• Internal checks (advanced): With the top cover removed and power disconnected, inspect the noise filter / power entry module and wiring to the main PCB for burns or loose connections. If the filter or PCB shows visible damage, replacement is required and should be done by a qualified technician.
