Washer-dryer door is stuck locked at the end of the cycle, no error code shown

Safety first: Unplug the appliance. Do not force the door open with excessive pressure.

• Wait a few minutes: Some models delay unlocking after heating. Wait 2–5 minutes and try again.
• Check water level: If water is visible, run a drain/spin if possible. If not, manually drain via the pump filter.
• Use emergency release: Access the emergency door release near the pump filter and pull gently to open the door.
• Inspect lock and gasket: Once open, inspect the door lock and gasket for damage or misalignment. Replace the Hisense door lock assembly if it sticks mechanically.
