Safety first: Wait for the drum to stop before opening the door.

• Check settings: Ensure the selected program uses a high enough spin speed. Manually select a higher spin if available.
• Redistribute and re-spin: Separate heavy items and run an additional spin-only cycle.
• Clean drain system: Clean the drain pump filter and check the drain hose for partial blockages.
• Inspect belt: If the drum slows noticeably under load, inspect and replace a worn Hisense drive belt.
