Safety: Unplug the appliance. Water may be present in internal trays.

• Clean condenser: Remove the condenser (if user-removable) and rinse thoroughly to remove lint and scale. Allow to dry and reinstall.
• Check internal drain paths: Access the lower rear or side panel to inspect the condenser drain hose and tray. Clear any lint or sludge.
• Inspect condenser pump: Some Hoover combos use a small pump to move condensed water. Check for obstructions and test the pump for continuity.
• Level sensor: If a float or level sensor is present in the condenser tray, ensure it moves freely and is clean.
• Replace components: Replace the condenser pump or level sensor if they fail electrical tests or are physically damaged.
