How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug and turn off water supply. Tilt the machine carefully to inspect underneath.
- Visual inspection: Remove rear and/or bottom access panels. Run a short fill cycle while observing for drips (use a torch and keep clear of live parts).
- Check sump hose: Inspect the large hose from the tub to the pump for splits or loose clamps. Tighten clamps or replace the hose if damaged.
- Inspect pump: Look for water around the pump housing and shaft. Replace the pump if it leaks.
- Other hoses: Check recirculation and drain hoses inside the cabinet for cracks or loose connections.
