How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug the appliance and allow it to cool.
- Drain water: Use the pump filter to drain excess water from the drum.
- Clean condenser and tray: Remove the condenser and clean it. Check the tray or sump beneath for lint and sludge; clean thoroughly.
- Inspect internal hoses: Access the lower rear/side and check the small hoses from condenser tray to pump and to the drain. Straighten or replace if blocked.
- Test condenser pump: Check for continuity and free impeller movement. Replace if faulty.
