Machine does not fill with water or fills very slowly; H20 displayed.

Safety: Turn off the water supply and unplug the appliance before disconnecting hoses.

• Check water supply:
  • Ensure the tap feeding the washer-dryer is fully open.
  • Verify other taps in the house have normal pressure.
• Clean inlet filters:
  • Turn off the tap and remove the inlet hose from the back of the machine.
  • Use pliers to gently pull out the small mesh filter from the valve.
  • Rinse under running water and remove debris.
• Test inlet valve:
  • With the hose removed, briefly open the tap to confirm good flow.
  • If flow is good but the machine still does not fill, the inlet valve coil may be faulty and should be replaced.
• Check for kinks: Ensure the inlet hose is not kinked or crushed behind the appliance.
