Possible Causes
Closed or partially closed water tap, Blocked inlet hose filter screens, Faulty water inlet valve, Low household water pressure
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Turn off the water supply and unplug the appliance before disconnecting hoses.
- Check water supply:
- Ensure the tap feeding the washer-dryer is fully open.
- Verify other taps in the house have normal pressure.
- Clean inlet filters:
- Turn off the tap and remove the inlet hose from the back of the machine.
- Use pliers to gently pull out the small mesh filter from the valve.
- Rinse under running water and remove debris.
- Test inlet valve:
- With the hose removed, briefly open the tap to confirm good flow.
- If flow is good but the machine still does not fill, the inlet valve coil may be faulty and should be replaced.
- Check for kinks: Ensure the inlet hose is not kinked or crushed behind the appliance.
