Safety: Do not allow the machine to continue violently banging; it can cause further damage.

Pause and redistribute load:
- Stop the cycle and open the door when safe.
- Redistribute heavy items (e.g., towels, blankets) evenly around the drum.
Check installation:
- Ensure the machine is level front-to-back and side-to-side using an adjustable wrench on the feet.
- Verify all four feet are firmly on the floor.
Inspect suspension (for advanced users):
- Remove the rear or front panel.
- Check shock absorbers for oil leakage or looseness; replace in pairs if worn.
- Inspect top suspension springs for stretching or breakage.
Transit bolts: Confirm that shipping bolts were removed from the rear at installation; if still present, remove them according to the manual.

Excessive vibration and banging during spin; machine may move across the floor.
