Possible Causes

Clogged dispenser jets, Build-up of detergent in drawer, Incorrect water pressure, Drawer not fully inserted

Safety: Unplug the appliance before removing the drawer.

Clean drawer and housing: Remove the detergent drawer and wash all compartments. Clean the top spray jets with a brush or toothpick to remove scale and residue.
Check drawer fit: Ensure the drawer slides fully home and is not warped or obstructed.
Water pressure: Very high water pressure can cause splashing. If necessary, partially close the inlet tap to reduce flow, or fit a pressure-reducing valve.
