Possible Causes
Blocked pressure chamber or hose, Faulty pressure switch, Wiring fault between pressure switch and PCB, Stuck inlet valve allowing overfill
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug the appliance and turn off water supply.
- Drain excess water: Use the emergency drain hose or remove the pump filter to drain water into a shallow tray.
- Clean pressure hose and chamber: Locate the thin pressure hose running from the tub/air chamber to the pressure switch (usually near the top side). Remove the hose and blow through it to clear soap residue or lint. Clean the air chamber on the tub if accessible.
- Check pressure switch: Inspect the switch and connector. With the hose removed, gently blow into the switch and listen for clicks. If no click or if water is present in the switch, replace it.
- Inspect inlet valves: Ensure the water inlet valves are not stuck open. With the machine unplugged, no water should enter. If water continues to flow, replace the inlet valve assembly.
- Reassemble and test: Refit the hose securely (no kinks), reconnect power and water, and run a rinse cycle to confirm the error is cleared.
