Possible Causes

Closed or partially closed water tap, Blocked inlet hose filter, Faulty water inlet valve, Low household water pressure

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety: Turn off the water supply and unplug the appliance.

  • Check water supply: Ensure the tap feeding the washer-dryer is fully open and that other taps in the house have normal pressure.
  • Clean inlet filters: Disconnect the inlet hose from the back of the machine. Remove and clean the small mesh filter inside the valve using a soft brush.
  • Inspect hose: Check for kinks or internal blockages in the inlet hose. Replace if damaged.
  • Test inlet valve: If water supply is good but the machine still does not fill, the inlet valve coil may be faulty. Measure coil resistance and replace the valve assembly if open circuit.
