Possible Causes
Unbalanced load detection preventing spin, Blocked drain pump or hose, Worn motor brushes, Faulty tachometer sensor
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug before checking internal components.
- Check load: Ensure the drum is not overloaded or with a single heavy item (e.g., one blanket). Redistribute or split the load and try again.
- Verify drainage: If water is not fully drained, the machine will not spin. Clean the pump filter and check the drain hose for blockages.
- Inspect motor and tachometer: If the machine drains but still will not spin, inspect the motor brushes and tachometer wiring as described under F02.
- Control logic: Persistent spin issues after mechanical checks may indicate a control board problem; consider professional diagnosis.
