Washer-dryer emits a foul or musty smell from the drum.

Safety: Unplug before cleaning filters or internal parts.

• Clean pump filter: Remove and clean the drain pump filter of lint and trapped debris.
• Run hot maintenance wash: Run an empty 90°C cycle with a washing machine cleaner or white vinegar (check manual for compatibility) to kill bacteria and dissolve residue.
• Clean door seal and drawer: Wipe the door gasket folds with a mild bleach solution. Remove and clean the detergent drawer and housing.
• Leave door ajar: After use, leave the door and detergent drawer slightly open to allow ventilation and prevent mold growth.
