Possible Causes

Clogged drain pump filter, blocked drain hose, failed drain pump motor, kinked drain hose

Safety first: Unplug the unit and turn off water supply. Prepare towels and a shallow container.

Clean pump filter: Access and clean the drain pump filter as described for F02.
Inspect drain hose: Check for kinks or clogs. Remove and flush with water if needed.
Test pump: After reassembly, run a drain/spin cycle. If the pump does not run or only hums, replace the drain pump assembly.
