Washer-dryer door will not open at the end of the cycle, but no error code is shown.

Safety first: Unplug the unit. Do not force the door open.

• Wait a few minutes: Some models delay unlocking for safety. Wait 2–5 minutes after cycle end.
• Check for water in drum: If water remains, run a drain and spin cycle. The door will not unlock if the control senses water level.
• Manual release: Access the door lock from the front or lower panel and use the manual release tab or pull cord to open the door.
• Inspect and replace lock: Once open, test the lock mechanism and replace the door lock assembly if it binds or fails continuity tests.
