Possible Causes
Blocked pressure hose, Faulty pressure sensor, Air leak in pressure system, Control board misreading level
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Disconnect power and avoid overfilling the drum.
- Clean pressure hose: Remove the top cover and locate the pressure sensor and its hose. Detach the hose and blow through it to clear any blockage. Check the tub connection for soap scum build-up and clean.
- Inspect hose for leaks: Flex the hose and look for cracks or pinholes that could cause incorrect pressure readings. Replace if damaged.
- Test pressure sensor: Use a multimeter to check the sensor's output or switching behavior while applying gentle air pressure. Replace the sensor if readings are inconsistent or out of spec.
- Control board: If the pressure system is sound but E13 persists, the main PCB may be faulty and should be evaluated by a service technician.
