Possible Causes
Clogged condenser reducing drying efficiency, Dirty moisture sensors, Low inlet water temperature, Heavy or overloaded drum
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug before accessing condenser or internal parts.
- Clean condenser and lint filters: Remove and wash the condenser unit if user-removable. Clean all lint filters thoroughly.
- Clean moisture sensors: Wipe the metal sensor strips inside the drum with a cloth and vinegar to remove film.
- Avoid overloading: Dry smaller loads and separate heavy cottons from synthetics for more accurate moisture sensing.
- Check inlet temperature: If connected to cold-only supply, expect longer wash times; this is normal. Ensure heater is functioning if water never warms.
