Possible Causes

Blocked inlet hose filter screens, Faulty water inlet valve, Low mains water pressure, Defective water level (pressure) sensor or blocked pressure hose

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Unplug the appliance and close the water taps before disconnecting hoses.

  • Step 1 – Check water supply: Ensure both hot and cold taps (if fitted) are fully open. Test water pressure by filling a bucket from the tap; weak flow indicates a plumbing issue rather than a machine fault.
  • Step 2 – Clean inlet filters: Turn off taps, unscrew the inlet hoses from the rear of the Logik washer-dryer, and remove the small mesh filters from the valve inlets. Rinse under running water and scrub with a soft brush to remove limescale and debris. Refit and reconnect hoses securely.
  • Step 3 – Inspect hoses: Check for kinks, crushing, or freezing in the inlet hoses. Straighten or replace as needed.
  • Step 4 – Test fill: Restore power and water, then run a quick wash. If E02 returns and no water enters, the water inlet valve coil may be faulty.
  • Step 5 – Check inlet valve: Disconnect power, remove the top cover, and locate the water inlet valve assembly. Inspect wiring connectors. Using a multimeter, test the valve coils for continuity. An open circuit coil indicates a failed valve that must be replaced.
  • Step 6 – Pressure sensor and hose: If the tub overfills slightly then stops with E02, the pressure sensor or its small rubber hose may be blocked. Remove the hose from the sensor and blow through it to clear soap residue. If the sensor gives erratic readings, replace the water level (pressure) sensor.
