Safety first: Unplug the appliance and allow time for internal components to cool before touching the heater area.

• Step 1 – Power reset: Disconnect power for 5 minutes, then retry a short 30°C cycle. If E05 reappears quickly, proceed to sensor checks.
• Step 2 – Access NTC sensor: Remove the rear panel to expose the heater assembly on the outer tub. The NTC sensor is usually clipped into the heater bracket or inserted into the tub wall near the heater.
• Step 3 – Inspect connections: Check the NTC wiring plug for corrosion, moisture, or loose fit. Dry and reseat the connector firmly.
• Step 4 – Test NTC resistance: With a multimeter, measure resistance across the NTC terminals at room temperature. Typical values are 20–30 kΩ at ~20°C (check Logik service data if available). If the reading is open circuit, shorted, or far out of range, replace the NTC sensor.
• Step 5 – Wiring harness check: Trace the NTC wires back to the control PCB for any cuts, burns, or crushed sections. Repair or replace damaged wiring.
• Step 6 – PCB evaluation: If a known-good NTC and wiring are present but E05 persists, the temperature sensing circuit on the main control board may be defective. Replacement of the PCB is recommended via a professional.
